Originally from Minot, North Dakota, I moved to Wichita Falls in 2002 courtesy of the U.S. Air Force. What I thought would be a temporary assignment turned into a permanent home. I met my husband Robert here — a dedicated officer with the Wichita Falls Police Department — and together we’ve built a life we love in this community. I began my real estate career in 2006 at Hirschi Realtors and immediately felt a strong connection to the work. I’ve always believed in helping people through meaningful transitions, and real estate gave me a way to do that every day. Over time, I progressed into leadership roles. In March 2025, I became the Owner and Broker of Hirschi Realtors — a role that enables me to continue serving clients, mentoring agents, and upholding the company’s legacy. I’m grateful that Danny Steed, my longtime mentor and the person who believed in me from the beginning, continues to serve alongside me as our consulting broker. His experience, guidance, and friendship remain invaluable — a reminder that you’re never too experienced to need a mentor.

While I didn’t start Hirschi Realtors, I’ve always felt driven to continue its legacy — a legacy stewarded for 5 of its 6 decades by my mentor and friend, Danny Steed. He saw something in me early on and never let me forget it. He became my biggest cheerleader, always encouraging me to step into bigger shoes, even when I doubted myself. There wasn’t one single defining moment — it was more like a series of moments. The first time I helped a family buy their first home. The times I guided grieving families through selling their loved one’s property. The conversations with newer agents who needed someone to believe in them. Over the years, it became clear to me that this work — and this company — was bigger than just sales. When the opportunity came to carry Hirschi Realtors into its next chapter, I knew in my heart it was the right path.
